Four of us went for dinner and the Food and Service was excellent. This restaurant is on the second floor from the main street so easy to miss. We ordered multiple veggie dishes. The Paneer sizzler was the best I have had in a while. Also they had a papdam sampler with multiple chetnies. The waiters were very good and provided information and dishes in a timely manner even though the place was supper busy. We went there two times while we were in Banff.
Food are bursting with authentic flavors, perfectly balanced with vibrant spices. The fluffy naan and aromatic chicken dishes are must-tries. Set against breathtaking mountain views, the cozy ambiance elevates every bite. Attentive staff make you feel like family. Exceptional service and exquisite dishes make Zyka a Banff treasure. Food was great, service is pretty slow as it is always seems to be busy. The resturent located on the 2nd floor, the direction is abit confusing at first, just take the stairs up and you"ll find it. Food arrived really late, not just our table, similer issues with other customers too. Our drinks arrived when we almost finished our dining which was a disapointment. Overall i would say the food is good, portions good, service is slow so be prepared.
One of the best rated restaurants in Banff for many reasons. Unlike most of the restaurants in Banff that appear to hire staff from abroad who couldn't care less about service and quality, this place is family owned and operated and it shows. The food is excellent. Service is stellar and very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. If you like Indian food, I highly recommend this place.
We had an amazing dinner. Service was excellent. Food was exceptional and flavours on point. Sir Anish was very humble and kind, will visit next time for sure.
The food was awesome. I really loved the place and the staff is very sweet and kind. Special mention to Mr. Ritin who is gentle and kind while taking the order. Thank you for making our dinner this special. Paneer Butter masala-10/10 Lacha parantha -10/10 They do server curd & rice for infants that was a sweet gesture.
Good quality food, taste is excellent. Ordered shrimp curry, Hakka noodles, Rogan gosh, naan. Every thing was tasty.
It’s on the second floor. They took us right in within 5 mins. Good waiting area in the back and you can get drink while you wait if you are nice. We ordered onion bhaji and paneer tikka for appetizers. Both were well made. Highlight of the dinner was malai kofta. Kofta felt really freshly made with nice ingredients. Also decent quantities and good amount of gravy. Great to eat with rice too. We ordered vegetable biryani which kids loved it. Service was consistent and food came very timely. Parking in the area can be bit tricky but well worth it.
